Okay, so, we hate to use the term last-minute shopper–but, well, if you’re still shopping, then that’s you; a last-minute shopper. (Us too. We work best under pressure. It’d feel weird to have it all done early–like our mother-in-law, who finishes in August.) We always hit this stage where we suddenly realize that online ordering is now impossible if we want things here by Christmas, going to buy a bunch of random junk that no one actually wants is a huge waste of both time and money, and gift cards are fine–but, they’re always a last resort for us. We have had great last-minute shopping luck by heading to Main Street, in Anoka. We’re almost always able to find our recipients something they will actually want, appreciate, and treasure. If you’re in the last-minute boat too–here are a few of our last-minute, gift-giving, ideas for you. We’re here from 9-4 tomorrow, and then we’re closed until Tuesday; so, don’t delay!
In no, particular, order, here are our favorite gifts this Christmas…
A fresh, beautiful, flower arrangement. (Of COURSE we’re gonna say that. 🙂 ) If someone has it all–this is perfect though. It looks gorgeous, decorates the space, and smells wonderful.
A dish garden–it’s a bit more permanent than a flower arrangement, but still completely unique for that tough-to-buy-for person. We have a wonderful selection on our shelves, or we can make one up while you do a little more shopping.
A houseplant. We have little ones, we have big ones, we have classic ones, and we have festive ones. They make a great gift for anyone.
A succulent garden. Basically, this is just another form of a dish garden–the focus is just all about the succulents though. Even teens like these–succulents are trendy, and cute, and look great on Instagram. 🙂
Air plants–they’re easy, little, and can be ‘planted’ in almost anything.
Poinsettia’s make an amazing gift. We have big, bold, premium, ones in right now.
Firefly jewelry. This line of jewelry is stunning, and sparkly, and makes a wonderful gift for any woman in your life.
Hand-blown, glass ornaments. One of our designers is also a glass blower–these are beautiful and can be displayed all year.
Handmade candles that smell incredible! We also have a wonderful line of artisan made bath products, and lotions, that you can’t find anywhere else. (Nor do folks typically buy for themselves. 🙂 )
Mittens. Handmade from a local crafter–these are cute, and super warm!
A big, ‘ol, box of chocolates. Gift one of these on their own, or pair it with any of the above gifts!
