Hello! We’re here with another update from the shop; today, we’re looking ahead to Mother’s Day. Mother’s Day is one of the busiest days in the life of a Florist–and, if everything was normal this year, we would be busy creating, shooting, and bulking up our website with a special 2020 Mother’s Day line of arrangements (as we do for each year). This year though, well, things are far from normal, and the COVID crisis has us all changing business up a bit.
We want to be able to guarantee every flower pictured, in every arrangement we offer–but, truthfully? We can’t always these days. And, it’s not for lack of trying on the part of anyone, it’s due to the reality of everything. Our suppliers are worldwide–from South America, to Holland, and right back to Minnesota. With closures of businesses all being different across the country (and around the world), it’s incredibly difficult to secure anything with 100% certainty right now.
What can we guarantee? Well, that’s an easy one–because that is something which WE can actually control. We can guarantee quality, craftsmanship, an artistic eye, a great bang-for-your-buck, and amazing customer service. We can also promise that all of the flowers we purchase from our top-notch suppliers, are fantastic in both quality and looks. (We wouldn’t sell them otherwise.)
So, what does this mean for you, our customers? Well, it means that this Mother’s Day we are offering many, beautiful, options–but, you have to trust us to do our job well. So, while no, we won’t have a special ‘line’ coming out this year–we do have ‘Designer’s Choice’. We have a ‘Designer’s Choice’ arrangement in different price points, and different color schemes. Basically, when you order–you are ordering the outline, our designers will then expertly fill in the details. We will create an arrangement for your recipient with the freshest, and most beautiful, flowers that we have in our cooler. It’s actually incredibly fun for us to get to be extra artistic, and super creative with each arrangement!
